As government informatization keeps develop, endlessly emerging applications on government network including network resource sharing, web application in the initial stage, audio/ video conference and on-line work, have made the government focus on service instead of executive management. To properly handle such increasingly critical applications, more work should be done to ensure sound and healthy network infrastructure in place as part of the effort of e-governance construction.
